Every organisation or company that provides a service does so subject to certain terms and conditions. The terms laid out below are those of Paul Haddon Driving, they are not intended to be exhaustive, but are merely intended to sum up what you can expect from us and what we reasonably expect from you as our customer.

While your instructor will make every effort to ensure that the vehicle supplied for test will be fully road worthy and comply with all legal requirements at the start of the test they cannot be held responsible for vehicle failure that occurs during the test and is not liable for consequential loss.
We will keep your personal information secure and will not share it with a third party except with your specific prior permission, for example when booking a Driving Test.
Your instructor will endeavour to arrive on time however, due to unforeseen circumstances such as breakdown, accidents, traffic hold ups etc, lesson times may need to change or even be cancelled.

Lessons paid for in advance must be taken within 6 months of payment.
If cancelled by your Instructor, no fee will be charged. Fees paid in advance will be carried forward.
Unless otherwise arranged lessons are delivered in blocks of 60 minutes and charged at the rate previously agreed.
If your instructor arrives on time at the pre-arranged pick up point and you fail to attend, your instructor will wait 10 minutes. If there is no contact made, after 10 minutes they will leave and you will have to pay for the lesson.
If you wish to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given. Failure to give 24 hours notice will the result in the lesson(s) having to be paid for. Lessons can be cancelled by telephone or text message but must be acknowledged by your instructor.
The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the driving school vehicle for test if he/she considers their provision of a vehicle could cause a risk to public safety. We would ask that you take our advice as to when it is most appropriate to apply for your Driving Test.
The Driving Test fee paid to the DSA does not include the use of the tuition car or any training or practice before the test which is charged separately. Any outstanding accounts must be settled prior to the practical test.
You must not be under the influence of drugs/alcohol during the training. In the event of there being any signs of drugs/alcohol misuse, your instructor will withhold the use of the training vehicle for use of tuition or driving test until you are in a legal and fit state to drive. No responsibility can be taken for tests cancelled by the DVSA for whatever reason.
The instructor cannot be responsible if you fail because of the eyesight test.
